All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All delivery estimates are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and out of our control. We not responsible for items arriving later than expected.

Currently we only ship to the United States of America.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. If your order contains a tracking number, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@whatlesliemakes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original package. Refunds will be issued when we have received back the item in unused and undamaged condition. Shipping charges and the 20% restocking fee will not be refunded.

For goods returned damaged or opened, there will be a 50% restocking fee and the remaining 50% will be issued in the form of store credit.

To begin the return process please contact us at returns@whatlesliemakes.com. Remember to include your order number. No unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for lost packages, you are responsible for tracking the return.

There are no returns on downloads, one-of-a-kind, or final sale items.
